Right of Withdrawal
Last updated: 12 May 2026
In case of inconsistency between language versions, the German version prevails.
Because finifun Premium content is offered and billed exclusively through our payment provider Paddle as the seller (Merchant of Record), the terms of Paddle primarily apply to the conclusion of the contract, invoicing, and the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal for digital content
finifun Premium is digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium. Under § 356 (5) BGB (German Civil Code), the right of withdrawal in a contract for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium expires if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has
- expressly agreed that the trader may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- acknowledged that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon the start of performance.
This consent is actively requested in the Paddle checkout before the contract is concluded. With confirmation, the right of withdrawal expires; Premium content is unlocked immediately after payment.
Refunds
Refund requests beyond the expired right of withdrawal are to be addressed directly to Paddle, as Paddle is the seller and contractual partner. Paddle provides its own support process for this: https://www.paddle.com/support
Note on the role of the provider
The provider of the finifun content (Pesché Design – Atelier für Marken & Kommunikation, Emanuela Pesché) is the provider of the digital product, but is not the seller within the meaning of consumer law. The above provisions apply in addition to Paddle's terms and conditions and refund policy.
